Terms of Service

CV Pigeon is provided by Way of the Pigeon Ltd, also trading as Vibe Pigeon (VibePigeon.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@vibepigeon.com.

CV Pigeon is an AI-powered CV improvement tool. You paste or upload your CV and a job listing, and the service returns an ATS compatibility score, keyword gap analysis, an improved CV, and optionally a cover letter.

The service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate outputs. All outputs are based solely on the content you provide. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or that any output will pass any specific employer's ATS.

Pay-per-use credits: Purchased and free credits expire 12 months after they were last granted and are non-refundable, except where a technical failure occurs (in which case credits are automatically refunded to your account).

Subscription credits: Monthly credits are granted at the start of each billing period. Unused credits roll over up to the cap stated for your plan (150 for Basic, 300 for Pro). On cancellation, remaining credits are kept on your account. No new credits are added after cancellation.

Bonus credits: Subscribers receive bonus credits monthly (5 for Basic, 10 for Pro). These are added to your pay-per-use balance and expire 12 months after they were last granted.

Credits are deducted only for successful analyses. If an analysis fails, the credit is automatically refunded.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate CVs containing false information
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs commercially without permission

You retain ownership of any content you submit (CV text, job listings). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, CV and job listing text is not stored after processing.

Outputs from CV Pigeon are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing any output before use. We do not accept liability for inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.

Do not submit CVs containing sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary (e.g. no bank details, no medical information).

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Way of the Pigeon Ltd's liability to you is limited to the value of credits you have purchased in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of employment opportunities, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, any remaining credits are forfeited unless termination is due to our error, in which case a refund will be considered.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
